Do I have to enroll in Qitaf program to earn points and is it free?
The Qitaf program is free of charge and all Alawwal Qitaf Cardholders will be enrolled automatically once they spend on their card and are eligible as per Qitaf Terms & Conditions. The customer will not be charged any direct or indirect amounts to his Alawwal Qitaf card or Qitaf account through the program operations and management.
How can I earn Qitaf points using the card?
Every time you spend on your Alawwal Qitaf Credit Card you will earn points which will be added to your STC Qitaf account automatically. The more you spend on your card, the more points you will earn.
Points you earn on World Qitaf Credit Card:
- 1 Qitaf Point for every SR 20 spent locally
- 1 Qitaf Point for every SR 7 spent internationally
Points you earn on Titanium Credit Card:
- 1 Qitaf Point for every SR 20 spent locally
- 1 Qitaf Point for every SR 10 spent internationally
Points you earn on Titanium Low Limit Card:
- 1 Qitaf Point for every SR 30 spent locally
- 1 Qitaf Point for every SR 20 spent internationally
Will I earn points for Cash Withdrawals, SADAD Payments and Balance Transfers?
No, there are no points awarded for cash withdrawals, SADAD payments & balance transfers. Qitaf points are only earned for spend on the card at outlets. Purchases on websites and MOTO (mail order/telephone order) are also included.
Will I earn Qitaf points if I don’t have an STC number?
No. Qitaf points can only be earned and transferred to STC’s Qitaf program if you have a valid STC number that is active and eligible as per Qitaf Terms and Conditions. STC enterprise customers (EBN) will not benefit from the Qitaf points on their EBN number.
Will I earn points on supplementary cards?
Yes, all spend on the Alawwal Qitaf card at POS and online will earn you Qitaf points
Which number will I earn Qitaf points on?
You will earn Qitaf points on the STC number you have provided to us for Qitaf points calculation. This may be different from the contact number your have provided to the bank for correspondence.
